Decision adopted by the Standing Committee of the General Council of the Judiciary of 7 January 2014:

"V - 9- To heed the report of the President of the General Council of the Judiciary for setting up a Working Group on Transparency and Good Governance, comprised of Ms María del Mar Cabrejas Guijarro (a Member of the Standing Committee), the Secretary General, the Director of the Communications Office, and the Director of the Judicial Documentation Centre. The Working Group will be constituted for one year.

Decision adopted by the Standing Committee of the General Council of the Judiciary of 20 March 2014:

"V -6- To delegate the actions required for effective implementation of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance to the Secretary General of the General Council of the Judiciary, with periodic reports to the Standing Committee on his performance.
